1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking services with Magica Beauty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount is deducted from the final treatment price.

Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Lateness

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. The full service fee may still apply.

3. Health & Safety

  • Patch Tests: Certain treatments (e.g., tinting, lash extensions) require a patch test 24-48 hours prior to your first appointment. Failure to attend a patch test will result in appointment cancellation.
  • Medical Conditions: You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment. We are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed health information.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears unwell, intoxicated, or behaves inappropriately.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Limitation of Liability

Magica Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
